What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to purchase. If you would like to pay by check or cash, please send us an emailgotquestions@deadstarapparel.com.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We currently only ship via USPS. All shipping is a flat $5 unless we are running a promotion.
How do i determine what size shirt to buy?
If you are old enough to surf the web and purchase a shirt, you should know what size shirt you wear. If you don't, we can't help you.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at gotquestions@deadstarapparel.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at gotquestions@deadstarapparel.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at gotquestions@deadstarapparel.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
